Does the AI send anything without my approval — and what if it gets something wrong?

No. You decide per case type what the AI may send on its own and what it presents for approval. Anything sensitive — quotes, payments, client replies — waits for your green light. Whatever should always stay with a person, such as discretionary decisions or sensitive client communication, goes on your "always a human" list. Every answer is grounded in your documents, with sources. If the AI finds no suitable basis or is unsure, it hands the case to a person. Whatever you correct feeds into continuous improvement.

Where does our data live — and what about professional secrecy?

Your data is processed only for the agreed purpose, the AI sees only what its user may see, and every action is logged. Data handling follows Swiss data protection law (revFADP), a data processing agreement is part of every engagement, and on request, your data and workflows are hosted on servers in Switzerland. For the AI processing itself we only use business versions of leading AI models whose providers contractually commit not to use your data for training. That is the basis professional-secrecy holders such as fiduciaries and notaries need.

We already use bexio, Abacus or Copilot. Do we need new software?

Your tools stay. What's new is an AI layer: our workflows run securely in the background, connected to your mailbox, accounting and document storage, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, bexio or Abacus. There they read, prepare and file. Your team keeps working in the programs it knows. Copilot stays for whatever you use it for today. In addition, we set up an AI assistant for your team, with your permissions and connected to your workflows and Company Catalog. Your people ask directly about clients, deadlines or prices and keep working with the results.

What does it cost?

Every step is fixed-price and quoted before you commit. Never hourly surprises. The intro call is free. You receive the price for inventory and pilot after the intro call, tailored to your business. Production and operations are quoted from your Inventory. A monthly report shows how many cases the AI has handled and helps you estimate how much time that saves.

How fast is "live in days" — really?

It depends on what we set up. An AI assistant for your team, connected to your data, runs within a few days. A workflow on your systems takes up to about a week, depending on scope — counted from the moment access to mailbox, accounting and document storage is in place. "Live" means it processes real cases in draft mode, every action waiting for your approval. Custom projects get their own quoted timeline.

How much of our time does it take?

A short setup together at the start, plus an introduction for your team, with training on using AI safely if you wish. During the pilot, one to two hours a week of feedback on real cases. After that, only your approvals — which replace work you do today anyway.
